Refund Policy

We want you to love your new lamp! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at obliquemethod@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

For any damaged or defective items, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
